2008

Establishment

RS Servis was established based in Ankara and subsequently moved its headquarters to Istanbul.

2010

Growth in Mobile Part Repair

RS Servis began rapidly increasing its market share across Türkiye in the field of mobile part repair.

2011

First Step Abroad: Cyprus

RS Servis started offering Mini Repair Solutions as a pilot region at RS Servis Cyprus.

2012

Expansion Across Türkiye

The structuring and investments of Mini Repair Services were expanded throughout Türkiye.

2015

Damage Repair Services

Technical equipment and investments for Damage Repair Services were accelerated at RS Servis dealers.

2017

European Expansion: Prague

RS Servis Prague Dealer was established and started operations.

2018

Digitalization: Destech

Our software company Destech was established to digitize processes and build a solid infrastructure for the future.

2019

New Headquarters

RS Servis moved its growing organization to its new headquarters.

2020

Service Diversification

RS Servis started offering Mechanical Maintenance and Repair Services. In the same year, the first step into the digital world was taken with the OtoKonfor brand, which gathers all car services in a single application.

2021

Year of New Brands

This year, our ecosystem was strengthened with the Guaranteed Auto Service service network, RS Paintless Repair dealer network, and RS Auto Expertise, Türkiye’s first MRI Device Expertise. All RS brands united under the “RS Automotive Group” roof.

2022

Strategic Acquisitions

Türkiye’s assistance giant Tur Assist and Met Teknik, serving since 1998, joined RS Automotive Group through acquisitions.

2023

New Breakthroughs

The service range was expanded with the establishment of Carshine, RS Assurance, and RS Mobility.

2024

Insurtech Platform

The Insurance Agency, a digital, transparent, and impartial platform, was established.

2025

RS Holding and RS 5.0

Affinity Box and İmece Destek joined the group. All companies were reorganized as RS Automotive Group, Tur Assistance Group, and Destech Technology Group. The RS 5.0 Digital Customer Ecosystem vision was completed.
